Refund and Returns Policy

Deliveries

Once your item is prepared, we’ll dispatch it using the Royal Mail Special Delivery service, insured and at no cost to you. To maintain security, the parcel will not disclose its contents. If you’ve purchased your jewellery for a surprise proposal or gift, you can trust that it will be delivered discreetly and at your preferred time. Your jewellery will be meticulously wrapped and presented in elegant packaging.

Returns:

We would like you to feel at ease when purchasing with us, which is why we offer a 30 days returns policy in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your jewellery. The returned item(s) must be in an unworn and pristine condition in order to receive a full refund or value for exchange. We ask that its sent back to us in the original packaging with the accompanying tag attached or alongside the product. All returns are assessed by our jewellers before they are accepted.

This process typically takes between 10-14 days to be completed. Refunds are then immediately made back to the original form of payment.

Your item(s) must be returned with all of the supporting paperwork that it came with, including any GIA certificates or gemstone grading reports.

Engraved, bespoke and resized items cannot be returned or exchanged.
